Linseed oil

Linseed oil

Kontakteeru Meiega

Linseed oil is a pure natural wood preservative obtained by cold pressing (temperature not exceeding 60C). The oil has a pleasant natural scent and does not contain solvents or other chemical components.

The oil is absorbed into the wood and protects the finished item from dirt, moisture and cracking. Linseed oil brings out the beautiful wood grain and knots.

Cost per planed surface: 7-10m2/liter.

Pre-treatment: The wood material to be finished must be clean and dry, with a maximum wood moisture content of less than 21% and a relative humidity of less than 80%.
